Tia took excellent care of us. She explained the outing and made sure we had what we needed at every step. We especially loved the hike at Arthur’s Pass, through the forest. Oh, the stairs!

We spent the day with Irene and had a great experience. Friendly and fun, she even surprised us with coffee and brownie during our journey. We enjoyed it very much and she was very informative and fun.
