Hi me Tackles decided now the bubble was open let’s do as much of the North Island as we could in a week and 3300 klms. So we hired a Road King and Softail from Bularangi Motorbikes in N Z out of Auckland and went straight to Kaitaia the first night then up to Cape Reinga back to Kaitaia for lunch. That was awesome. The to Dargarville through the Kaurau forest just spectacular more great roads all the way to Dargarville. Next day to Raglan via Helensville motor way and then back road to Raglan even the back roads are unbelievably good so many great bends. Next day to Levin via National Park it just kept getting better. Then from Levin to Gisborn on state highway 2. The next day was Gisborn to Mt Maunganui via the East Cape road well if there’s a heaven the this is the road to it. Then to finish it of the next day we did the coromandel with lunch at the Mucle Kitchen. We were hoping the Aussy boarder would close so we couldn’t go home. The 7 days was incredible riding on two Harley Davidsons in really good condition and they didn’t miss a beat all 3300 klms so a giant thank you to Ali and Baz for giving us the most incredible week of riding in over 500000 klms in my life. I will be back. Cheers RoadPhill

What a blast! We went Zip Lining, Mountain Biking, Tree Tops Walking, Soaked in Hot Pools, watched Bubbling Mud and Boiling Water, but the thing that Sue enjoyed most was the ride on the Harley! Isn't that cool. She'll never forget her Birthday in Rotorua. Thanks Baz and Rabbit for chauffeuring us through the beautiful lakes of Rotorua and out to Whakatane and back. Thoroughly enjoyed and felt totally safe with you guys all the way. A big thank you to Ali for teeing this up for us. Everything went like clockwork as planned! Thanks again to you guys at Bularangi, a fantastic day out!

Cannot praise Bularangi too much. Great service from my very first e-mail enquiry and Ali bent over backwards to get us the bikes we wanted for when we wanted them. When we picked them up the bikes and gear were just as we'd ordered and we also got some great practical advice about our planned route and good places for coffee and pies! Covered 1000km in three days. The bikes never missed a beat, very economical compared to my own bike, very comfortable two-up and were perfect for the New Zealand roads. Want to do it all over again using Bularangi.

Ali and Baz were amazing on every level of this experience. Excellent communication from the initial website contact. I have been riding for more than 50 years and have never done a tour before. I am so glad that I decided to do the tour rather try to self guide. Baz knew all the right places to stop from getting the best photo to getting coffee to finding public toilets. It took a lot of stress out of the ride especially since I'm used to driving on the right (USA). The motel accommodations were great and I felt like I was just riding with a group of friends from the very start. Baz even met us the night before the ride started in Christchurch for beers and dinner. My Road King ran flawlessly and I felt like the trip was well planned and safe from start to finish. At the end of the trip the onset of Covid 19 caused an early end of our ride but Baz stayed with us and Ali worked on getting flights until we were safely to the Aukland airport which would have been next to impossible for my buddy and I seeing that we on the South Island when the shut down started and our flights back to the US were cancelled. Bularangi is a very well organized and ethically run business. If you love motorcycles, amazing scenery, and a stress-free vacations check out Bularangi motor bike tours in New Zealand!
