STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Wish I could give 0 stars because thats how great their service is and unprofessional they are. I never really leave any reviews online as I rarely come across appalling business practices, but on this occasion I thought I should share my experience so that other people can make informed decisions. I contacted primechauffeurs to arrange a transfer from one location to another, as my wife and I recently arrived in New Zealand from overseas. We have two kids, one of them is only five months old. We came here with quite a few bags, a car seat, stroller etc. The location we were going to is literally a few blocks away from our pick up location. primechauffeurs wanted $80 which is basically the price of an airport transfer. Never mind, money is not an issue, as we needed someone to help us transfer us and all our bags in one go. The transfer was arranged for 12pm. I am not sure exactly what time the primechauffeurs driver arrived, but it would have been around 12:03 - 12:05pm, as when I went outside precisely at 12pm, he wasn’t there yet, so I went back inside to wait for a call from them. Unfortunately, I could not constantly monitor the pick up area from the apartment, as it is on the opposite side of the building. I assumed the driver would call me when he arrived to let me know he was there, as any other professional limousine/transfer service would do in this situation (and I have used many other limousine companies around the world in the past 10 years - from London to New York - their services have always been second to none), but he never called me. I got a call from a primechauffeurs dispatcher Flavia (who happens to be a co-owner of the company I believe) at 12:10pm instead. She asked me whether they were still transferring me and why I was not outside. I explained to Flavia that I was waiting for the driver to contact me which is standard practice for transportation companies, as I had no idea whether he was at the pick up point or not as I could not see him from my windows. I confirmed that I would be outside shortly. Literally two minutes later I got another call from Flavia asking me where I was. I told her I was putting my shoes on and would be there in a minute. I was outside at 12:14pm, 4 minutes after I was first notified the driver had arrived. However, he wasn’t there. I immediately called Flavia back to let her know that no one was at the pick up point to which she replied that the driver had left!!! What!? Are you serious? And that’s despite the fact that I was told the day before that the driver would have an hour window to transfer us as he had another job at 1pm. I asked Flavia to send the driver back, as I was outside. She called me at 12:15 just to say he was not coming back! Wow! Shocking! We were left with two kids and all our bags, and we had to vacant our apartment by 12:30 at the very latest, as they had another guest moving in. Imagine if we were going to the airport and they pulled a stunt like this? My wife had to feed our five month old and we were basically kicked out of the apartment as cleaners had to do their job quickly to make sure another guest could move in within a couple of hours of us moving out. So here we are - twisting in the wind on the street under the rain with two small kids, a dozen of bags, strollers etc. Nice job primechauffeurs! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Total disgrace! I have never in my life been treated in such an unprofessional manner! Please think twice before approaching primechauffeurs. They are rather unreliable and clearly lack basic customer service skills. Do yourself a favour - contact other companies in town as I am sure there are plenty of others who want your business and would not treat you like this. I have attached a screenshot that confirms every word in this review and shows the exact time of all calls made and received from primechauffeurs.

Was gifted this transfer as a wedding gift as a transfer to and from Christchurch airport to go on our honeymoon. Lovely car and lovely people. Would recommend, they came to gate to meet us and took care of bags when we got backk.

Helpful, friendly and prompt service. We used Prime to pickup, store and dropoff our cycle bags from Christchurch airport while we did a 2 week cycle tour. At a time when no other companies were doing travel storage due to covid 19, this company was willing to help and went the extra mile, and made our trip possible, and ran smoothly to plan. The drivers were prompt, couteous and friendly. Would recommend this company to see how they can assist you. Thanks Prime, all the best.

Flavia picked us up at the port and took us for a tour to Christchurch and some wine testing. She was so nice and full of information about the area. The wine tasting was great. It was a day filled with lots of laughs and wonderful sights. I can highly recommend this tour.
