We went to Hanmer Springs in New Zealand for snow adventure last July 29. We had contracted ChauffeurNZ for our transport. For a first timer in New Zealand it was indeed a great choice having Mike as our chauffeur who went an extra mile to give us a tour and even do a short stopover to take some pictures of the best scenaries we had on the way to Hanmer.
We've encountered heavy snow fall and closed roads on our return date to the airport but Mike was so carring to update us of the news and informed us what could possibly be done. I have to extend my stay in Hanmer and rebook my flight. After informing Mike of the changes he professionally check his engagement and reschedule our return trip. This could have been a nightmare but with Mike's assistance we manage to enjoy our stay in Hanmer Springs.
Thanks Mike and keep up your high standard of service. Cheers.

After a long flight and queuing at customs for quite some time we were enthusiastically welcomed in the arrivals hall by Mike who had to wait for us for more than an hour. But that turned out to be no problem. He was very helpful with our luggage and told us all about New Zealand and Christchurch on the way. Absolutely recommended!!!

As airline crew we are able to use many services all over the world. Mike, the boss, was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make it a seamless and pleasant experience. Our driver, Barbra, was wonderful. She was extremely personable and became part of our “crew” for the day. She was early to pick us up, shared her knowledge of NZ and was a joy to share our time with.
We will be recommending ChaufferNZ to all we can. Thank you Mike and Barbra for everything!

We initially thought of driving from Christchurch to Lake Tekapo and back, but instead opted for the chauffeur services due to snowy weather conditions.
The services were second to none from professionalism to safety first approach to everything. Vehicles were of high quality standards and very comfortable. We even got the guided commentary on the journey, which we really appreciated.
ChauffeurNZ is a trusted partner and we are definitely using them again.

Mike was fantastic! He took our party of 11 out for a day of river rafting and jet boating and everyone had the best day. He was knowledgeable and accommodating and was happy to include pit stops for snacks during our travels. He provided a very clean vehicle and was very professional and punctual. Highly recommend!

Really excellent service from start to finish. We had to book a driver at short notice after a broken arm prevented driving a hire car, and Mike was great during the quote/booking process.
Our driver, Jonny, was also excellent - and it was a pleasant surprise to be driven in a Jag!

I highly recommend this limousine service in New Zealand. I helped my employer to organize their business and personal trips. Recently, I organized one to New Zealand in July 2024. Mike Halliday was serving them for the transportation from ChristChurch to Queenstown. They were happy with his service. He is reliable and responsible and went extra miles to make your travel safe and memorable.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Mike on our wedding day. He has the warmest personality, great driving skills and attention to details. The car was super comfortable and impeccably clean.

Mike is a very informative tour guide. We booked in advance for an all day tour of Christchurch. He picked us up at the cruise terminal. We chose a small group for just our family but he can accommodate larger groups if necessary. We are getting back on board our ship knowing that we saw each and every detail of Christchurch.Thank you Mike for an unforgettable day!!

Yes our tour with your family from Akaroa village to Christchurch city was a great day and I feel with the 8 hours we had we maximised it completely even down to to great seafood lunch at Beach cafe. Its always good to have a family from so far away (the USA) come all this way to enjoy our beautiful country.
I wish you the best for your self drive on the left hand side (Remember) from Wellington to Auckland and Allison's big wedding day on the 28th March 2020.
