I had a very good experience traveling with Snowman Shuttles. Last winter, when I drove up to Mt Hutt, I had to rent and fit snow chains, but this year’s experience of traveling as a passenger with Snowman Shuttles was great and very comfortable. I traveled to Mt Hutt from the Christchurch bus interchange for two consecutive days. On both days, the drivers, Dean and Ben, were very friendly and helpful. We left Christchurch at 7 am and reached Mt Hutt at 9 am. I had booked snowboarding lessons, so I spent the entire day at Mt Hutt. Honestly, I felt I made the best decision by taking the shuttle instead of driving myself, as I was tired after a whole day of snowboarding. We left Mt Hutt at 4 pm and reached Christchurch at 6 pm. Overall, it was a very good experience. They even promptly transferred my booking to another date when I needed to make a change. I would recommend Snowman Shuttles 100% for their price and service.

Amazing service from the team. The busses are quick and comfy, perfect for cheap alternatives to get up the mountain and enjoy the day. Would highly recommend as you can sit back relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Canterbury plains and the Southern alps.

A great way to get to Mt Hutt. Best bus is the small silver one. A great caring driver, organized and safe. He took the most comfortable route through Rakia to Mt Hutt. 10/10. Sundays trip was in a 40 seater bus, again a great driver. The route through the Gorge was not cool. Really a poor choice of route for a bus this size. Try to ask if the bus goes on main roads amd not on Leaches Road. Driver gets 10/10. Route choice 3/10.

If you're travelling to Mt Hutt from Christchurch, this is the best shuttle bus. The drivers are very kind and friendly. I travelled with a friend and solo a few times, and it's always super easy. You don't need to worry about parking, and no need to get up super early. Highly recommended!

I was with snowman for three days in a row - all are fabulous! On time and safe, especially on last day, the Hutt got delayed open because of the heavy snow, the owner and the team constantly kept everyone updated, and we had a really good day! Highly recommended

This is an excellent service. It was my first time. Punctual and reliable being delivered to the door at Mt Hutt at 9am is a luxury and then returned to Church Corner all for $30 . I really appreciated not taking the car. The driver was a good communicator and very helpful. The bus was full with every seat taken.
