It is an interesting place to see the history of wine making in the Marlborough region. Also has a nice section devoted to Maori history. It is located close to the Aviation Heritage Museum so you can do both places in an afternoon.

There is a lot to see here but don’t expect glitzy type displays etc as a lot of the park is run by volunteers etc. the wine museum is very informative and insightful. In the weekends the model steam trains are out as well model...More

It's a strange collection of things that are related to the region, put together in a few unheated rooms. Large displays for wine production, if you are into that. Would not go out of my way to visit the museum.More

I visited here with my Father's cousin & his son - they wanted to do some research into their ancestor & found amongst the books the original diary kept on his voyage out to New Zealand in 1877

A great museum! This is a small museum about the Blenheim area. It has a lot about the early inhabitants and continues through the period of the Europeans. It covers decline of the sheep industry and a lot on the rise of the wine industry....More

The interactive museum is a superb example of engaging display and active learning. from top to bottom it has been design with the visitor in mind and will surprise even the visitors with the shortest attention span. We love it!

It is about a 40 minute walk at a steady pace. It is mostly flat ground.
