Up at sunrise to see shags, terns, gulls, herons and oyster catchers. Wind and tide shortened the the kayak trip . Went by car to river mouth to have picnic which was a bit average but welcome. Good knowledgable guide

Amazing bird life, stories of moa hunters, weather- sculptured cliff faces, GO. It’s unique. We’re in our 80’s. Will is a very knowledgeable host, a delicious morning tea. Highly recommend this way of learning about Blenheim and surrounds.
