Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I am disabled and swim in the warm 25m pool after all classes are finished. They always put a lane up for me and ask other swimmers to give me the lane to myself because I'm compromised. I do 60 lengths and then go into spa pool to warm up and socialise; the spa pool is very social.
The price to get in is acceptable considering the vast facilities; the staff are very friendly and helpful and the water and surrounds always looks incredibly clean. To complain about this place indicates to me you have unreasonable expectations considering the number of people that use this facility. Where else can you get to swim, spa and shower for $5?

We were meet with horrible customer service after a misunderstanding where we thought that when we booked a court the employees would tell us when our time was up, but to our surprise as we were playing basketball we lost track of time and ended up going over our booked time. In response to this we were meet by a hostile employee who demanded we pay for the extra time, it’s not the fact that we were forced to pay that is irritating it is the manor in which we were generally approached and treated throughout the conversation being told “it is not our job to babysit” among other things. We are a group of 15 year olds who aren’t exactly made of money but still payed what we were asked to. But I do hope that the customer service gets improved within this establishment.

Overcharged, Staff we’re nice apart from the one rude women on the desk. After spending over $160 I expect better service. Utterly disappointed.

Clean facilities with very good family and disability friendly facilities and free parking. reasonable entry fee with discounts for community service card holders and family fares are available too. Life guards on all the pools, floaties and boards are all through the lazy river ready for use which is excellent.

A fantastic recreation facility with great pools and gym. I was able to continue my training while having a weekend away and the facilities were in great condition and had new machines. The gym has adequate space and the pool is a good depth. My only suggestion is that they open the outdoor pool earlier than noon.

Would highly recommend for locals to make the most of this great facility but also non-locals to visit for recreation or training.

What are great find in Blenheim, apart from 4.30-6pm you could have a lane to yourself for swimming. Great sauna and steam room, then step into the spa. Always something happening, learn to swim, waterpolo, underwater hockey. and cheap.

Sauna costs extra but overall it was great value for money($5 per person) as we had a swim in the warm and cooler pool as well as taking advantage of the really warm spa! Shower/facilities were good but showers didn't go for very long before having to push the button over and over again.

Great facility for Marlborough. I rang and asked about the hydrotherapy pool which I wanted to use for my daughters rehabilitation. When we got there I was informed this pool was for 16 and over. This information is not mentioned anywhere in the website nor was it mentioned during my call.
