Half Day Martinborough Winery Tour from Wellington

105 reviews
An hour or so north of Wellington, Martinborough is fast making a name for itself as one of the Southern Hemisphere’s leading wine regions. Each weekend, Wellingtonians make the trek over the Remutakas to escape to this European-style wine village. This small group tour is a convenient way to visit Martinborough. There’s no need to stress about driving on country backroads, and no need to plan the day’s itinerary - leaving you to focus on the wine and the iconic scenery.

Cool sculptures all around the course, the course is set on the side of a hill so lots of interesting holes that involve going up and down. The only negative was that we were in a massive line to wait for our turn and by the time it was your turn you had more people backed up

Visited here with my grandsons who had been here before and told me this place was whacky. It certainly is. There are sculptures made from old bits of steel and wrought iron, a play area for small children and a cafe. There is also one of the most interesting and imaginative
