Half Day Martinborough Winery Tour from Wellington

99 reviews
An hour or so north of Wellington, Martinborough is fast making a name for itself as one of the Southern Hemisphere’s leading wine regions. Each weekend, Wellingtonians make the trek over the Remutakas to escape to this European-style wine village. This small group tour is a convenient way to visit Martinborough. There’s no need to stress about driving on country backroads, and no need to plan the day’s itinerary - leaving you to focus on the wine and the iconic scenery.

Such a cool hidden little bar, which you wouldn't know about unless you knew about it! Love the atmosphere and the pirate theme they have going on, definitely ideal for rum lovers. The flaming skull cocktail was so much fun to watch being made, however at these kinds of prices I would only come here for one drink and then make my way somewhere else.

R Bar has a really cool atmosphere. They've put a lot of work into creating a unique environment which seems to soak up an extraordinary amount of people for it's modest size. The rum selection is varied and bar staff super friendly and fun although one of them had really limited rum knowledge.

This bar is fantastic! Wellington has so many gems but this place, that opened about 2 years ago, is amazing. If you love skulls, rum and dark ambience then this place is for you! The only thing missing is pirate music! Try the Skull Punch.

This was an unexpected find in Wellington! The feel and atmosphere of the place is so cool and different to any other bar I have been to in Wellington. I had the hot lemon honey and spiced rum drink which was so nice and went down well on a cool winter evening! Would definitely go back and recommend to others
