The place behind the special effects in LOTR and many others. Fantastic exhibits, great guide. No Photography Allowed! Mentioning that because some folks don't seem to understand that. It's fine, just be present.

As a LOTR and Hobbit fan it was good to see the options available to buy in the cave. The tour was good, informative with quite a few actual props to see. It recommend it as it's quite fascinating to see how they make everything

The Weta Workshop exceeded my highest expectations! Our tour guide was so funny and informative. It was so cool to see so many amazing props from all of my favorite movies in person! I absolutely recommend visiting.
