From the moment we stepped on the jetty it was a great day. I simply cannot believe that the 02/04/2021 review is of the same business. The crew made a point of personally welcoming everyone aboard individually and then took fantastic care of us all day. The on board cafe and bar is well stocked and staff are constantly attentive. When we were headed back in, when kids' attention spans were wearing thin, one of the crew kept them entertained with nautical games and puzzles. When friends are once more allowed to travel to NZ this will, unquestionably, be a must do on their itineraries.

The most horrible service ever. The Captain was rude. The 4 hour cruise turned out to be 8 hours with no food or snacks available, the bar even ran out of milk. We kept asking the Captain to give us an approximate return time instead he threatened to have me arrested. Waste of money & a very rude racist Captain. I have video evidence of the conversation which I cant upload to Trip Advisor.

This was magical day, Brandon and the crew were always friendly and informative, answering any questions we had about the trip and wildlife The crew found us a pod of around 80 to 100 dolphins, and once there, cruising with the dolphins as we watched them swim and flip and play around around the boat. I would recommend this trip to anyone .

AMAZING! Highly recommended. As a local these types of activities can be a bit out of budget but this is absolutely worth it 💯. Brandon and crew we will be back! Thank you for an amazing time.

If you're a local this trip is a reminder of what an incredible place we are lucky enough to call home. We had a fantastic time with our ten year old, learnt a lot from the very affable Brandon and Heidi, and were really impressed with the obvious passion and respect they have for the marine environment its inhabitants. We were lucky enough to spend time with probably a couple of hundred dolphins out in the Bay - the dolphins chose to be with the boat, there was no chasing or coercion involved which was very important to us. A memorable day, absolutely entrancing for our son, and fantastic to get a new perspective on our local environment.
