Fantastic free venue to entertain kids and grown ups. Child orientated venue with no commercial element. Great place for a picnic or cross the road to eat in restaurant.

These are great sculptures of the characters of a series of popular children's books. Extremely popular with children who love playing and climbing on them but the delightful sculptures will also appeal to nant adults. A great outdoor attraction right near the waterfront.

Who doesnt love these dog and cat stories and how wonderful to have the real things in Tauranga. Beautifully done statues that are so realistic my dog was a bit confused to start with! Plus the grandchildren love climbing on and over them.

We thought the statues from hairy Maclary were well done. The tweenies had fun revisiting the characters from their childhood. Be good if they made all the characters of the books though.

We visited here on Sat afternoon and is a very clean and presentable space. We took some photos for the grandkids as one of their favourite books. Easy to get to with parking close by
