Tour with Carolyn to Rotorua - Mini Bus
Got off the ship and booked the tour, set off within 20 mins.
Carolyn was a great host and kept us informed all through the tour.
Very good value for money, much better than what the cruise ship was offering.
Would highly recommend.

Spent an unexpected extra day in Tauranga due to bad weather in Bay of Islands. Their loss was most definitely our gain. Carolyn took us to Rotorua where we visited the largest geyser in the southern hemisphere. Saw traditional cultural performances as well as many other stops along the way. She was so informative and answered our many questions. Couldn’t rate her more highly.

Carolyn does a wonderful tour to Rotorua and Māori Cultural Center. Rotorua is fascinating and Māori traditional customs and dance was amazing. In addition Carolyn took us to see the Redwood Forest and a waterfall. Highly recommend Carolyn and the tour.

Tour with Carolyn to Rotorua was above all my expectations. It was amazing! We travelled from the port in a comfortable mini bus to the wood, learned about Māori culture, saw fantastic natural wonder of geothermal activity. For me it was a tour to a fairy tale. From all my heart ❤️ I would like to thank Carolyn for the amazing tour which was not only fun but informative as well and sincerely recommend this tour to all Tauranga visitors.

Carolyn Kelliher (husband Terry) met us at the port in Turanga and provided us (4 friends from the US) with a wonderful tour of Rotorua, focusing on the geologic significance and Maori culture found at Te Puia. Carolyn provided excellent commentary and great advice about where and when to stand in order to make the best use of our time and interest. Many many thanks to Carolyn for a great tour.

Since our cruise boat left us hanging we walked off the pier Hobbled mostly
Since i had both knees replaced recently
Terry Customdaytours was there to save the day
We asked and he delivered an Excellent tour
Places we never would have seen on the big bus tour
Terry took us EVERYWHERE and explained EVERYTHING
You could not ask for a better Driver Or New Zealand tour Experience
We could not thank you enough . Being disabled to a point diddnt help you but you went out of your way to help me
Much appreciated mate
Hope we can catch up again soon this time we will fly over

Terry, from Costom day tours was fantastic. His knowledge is amazing. The cold water was very much appreciated on the hot day.
He took us to Hobbinton ensured we got there and back on time. He has show us water gezers that filled the dam. Then every Sunday they open the dam wall and people could white water rafting, who knew!!
We were shown the kiwi vines and learnt about this industry.
He took my other half to the fishing shop.
Then into the industrial side of Tauranga.
He is the most delightful person. Terry let us know the Māori name of all the places that we went to or drove through, and what it translated to in English.
Please do yourself a favour and book Terry when you go to Tauranga.

The Tepau Experience was awesome. We enjoyed the kiwi conservatory, the geyser and the Maori performance. It was all great! I wish we didn’t have leave to go back to our ship. Thank you to Terry & Carolyn for taking good care of us and sharing your beautiful land with us.

Yes !! We pick up from the wharf gates about 200 metres from your cruise ship and return you at least 1 hour before boarding.

Hi - I’m interested in your Rotorua trip. Do you offer pick up from the cruise ship? Also can you add to that trip a visit to the Polynesian spa ? Would you also be able to help us go mask shopping ? Thanks
