Brilliant!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Adrenaline Forest Auckland. James and Jack were really engaging and outgoing guides. The level 6 flying fox was amazing! We both highly reccomend for any adventurous souls to spend a few hours here. Thank you for an awesome day!

A true test of trust and strength
Jan 2021 • Family
Went as a group with a group of 14 year olds (plus an adult!) and had so much fun. The first couple of courses set you up for the harder levels and give you confidence the higher up the tree you go. Lots of laughter all the way ( to hide the fear!) and staff really helpful. Will definitely be back!

Exhausting, exhilarating fun
Dec 2020 • Couples
Couple of 19 year olds and couple of 50 plus year olds decide this is the activity for the day and what an activity. Staff were friendly and encouraging and the challenges were varied! While the older pair completed the first three paths and felt exhausted but stoked at completing that, the younger couple headed straight for the last three and more challenging courses. Great to get out of the comfort zone! Three hours flies by

Awesome adventure with Adrenalin Forest
Nov 2020
Enjoyed an awesome day here amongst the trees. The training before we started was thorough and the staff were fun and supportive right throughout our adventure. We needed them at times at tricky bits during the courses and I liked that they were always close at hand if we called out to them.
The obstacle courses are designed to do in a specific order with each course gradually getting more challenging as you progressed through them. The initial ones were good to get used to the equipment and obstacles and to whet your appetite to try the harder courses. We didn't finish all of them because our arms got too tired but loved it so much that we're going to return to finish the final course.
Highly recommended for a fun day out for anyone who likes a bit of a challeng .

Poor experience
Nov 2020 • Friends
Came here with a group of us and we were treated very poorl the staff weren’t as attentive as they should of been and seemed like they didn’t want to be there, one of our group members had to keep going and asking them to help us when we were stuck on the high ropes, scared as it was raining and windy, they were in their little container gossiping instead of doing there job! Very disappointing, they also put off a grumpy persona very poor customer service!

So Much Fun!

Brilliant and well worth the money. All levels after level 1 are tough we managed to level 4 but hands were getting sore so had to stop. Some great obstacles and zip lines and the staff were also so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this if you are in the area. Great fun.

A challenging adventure!
Jan 2020
A great family day out, challenging and good for building the kids self-confidence. Staff are very helpful and provide thorough safety training. It's in the same market as the more established Tree Adventures (Woodhill Forest), and it's a worthy new comer. (Although it could benefit from some road signs as you approach it.)

Comparing Adrenalin Forest v Tree Adventures

1) Ticket prices are the same but AF does a more flexible option of a 3 hour pass and you can try as many of their courses as you can get round, whilst the TA pass allows just 4 pre-chosen courses with no time limit.

2) AF has 8 longer courses vs TA's 10 slightly shorter courses.

3) Starting courses require you to climb up to a platform. At AF you have to clip and unclip through several hoops, at TA you clip on just once to a line so it's quicker to get up and going at TA.

4) AF and TA both share similar obstacles, but TA has a greater range, more variety.

5) AF and TA both have "Flying Foxes" but AF uses them mainly between the tree stages (so provide you with thick gloves to grab the cable to slow yourself down). Whereas TA has "Flying Foxes" as a reward at the end of their courses to get you back to the ground (so no gloves required.)

6) Both are accessible from the motorway.
TA is near to a Mountain Bike Park, Muriwai Beach, and Kumeu for lunch.
AF is near an Archery Place, but not much else so bring lunch with you.

Summary
It's a close run thing between them. I think TA has the edge, but if AF is closer to you then TA isn't that much better to justify the extra drive time.

Fun way to spend a few hours
Jan 2020
Kids (14 and 12) spent the morning climbing around the trees.
Very well priced and well run by enthusiastic staff.
Very good safety briefings with a chance to practice using safety clips/harness before starting.
Differing levels of height starting at level 1 to level 6, all levels are at differing heights.
You choose what levels you wish to attempt.
Very good experience and well run/

So much fun!
Dec 2019
My daughter and I went on a day that it was raining slightly. Called the office to see if they were still open. Yep! Off we went. Only ones on the course as everyone else had cancelled. It was brilliant. We managed to get through to the end of level 4 before the rain actually came. Exhausting but absolutely brilliant. Charles the instructor was great and happy to answer any questions we had - checked on us a few times but ultimately allowed us to work at our own pace and just have fun.

Challenging ropes course but heaps of fun
We visited in a rainy day but it was still busy. My two teenage sons took on the challenge while my wife and I stayed out of the rain in the car and watched. Safety is a huge priority and the system ensure the safety of all participants. The team supervising participants were very professional and friendly. When the rain turned to storms with lightning and thunder the park was closed and all participants were assisted from the course in a professional way. It was quite impressive to see how it was done. The boys loved the course and would have loved it more on a less busy day but had a ball regardless. The ability to choose where to start(there are six courses) helped. I highly recommend this safe and fun climbing experience.
