Souvenir Outlet & Mountain Bike Hire has a huge range of New Zealand Souvenirs at outlet prices. We have plenty of parking, Icecreams & cold drinks available with a relaxing outdoor seating area. There is a beautiful 1.0 kilometre scenic walk to the popular Huka Falls. You can park your vehicle securely at our shop & do the walk. We also hire out Mountain Bikes to ride the large amount of mountain bike trails.

We rented two bikes and went on a Aratiatia walkway trail (17 km). It was an awesome experience, highly recommend. Just the right amount of excitement. Bart at Four B mountain bike hire gave us a great service and lots if useful information. Thank you mate.

Great rental experience. Lovely folk that run this place with great service and attention to detail. Bikes in great order and a good range to choose from.Helpful suggestions as to trails to take that would suit us. Would highly recommend this place and taking the Huka falls trail.

The booking process was very smooth.
Both full suspension bikes, though, did not engage all gears. The small frame one, also had a noisy and annoying squeak on every pedal stroke. We have never hired bikes before, but were disappointed that we had to work around the gears that refused to engage.

Sorry to hear about the bikes. It's a Shame you didn't come back and swap them or let us index the gears as it can take seconds to fix some times. Hopefully you come back and have a better experience next time.

Really great service, quick and easy to get on the bikes, really helpful for our group who hadn't been mountain biking before. Explained all the great tracks we could take and how to get there :)

Booked online on Labour weekend Saturday morning for later that morning, and the booking was confirmed back to me within the hour. Efficient, personable service and really nice bikes to rides for novices like us. Good advice about what trails would suit us. Just a pleasant, seamless service all around.
The mountain bike park was awesome, not too busy even on a holiday weekend. The underpass from the bike hire place to the park is a great new addition.

Great friendly service, very helpful and good price for bike rental. Great bike track to Huka Falls and back even for an inexperienced mountain biker. Will definitely come back to do again.

Simply awesome ride. Better than Rotorua one in all respect. Kind. Well maintained bikes. My 6yo daughter could even enjoy reasonably flat land.

Prompt, efficient, friendly & helpful - would definitely rent bikes from them again. We turned up unannounced, yet were on some great great trails within 20 minutes : that’s efficient!

We hired bikes on one day for a 90 minute family loop taking in the falls. We came back, and my husband switched bikes and went off to the mountain bike park - they were then happy to let him drop the bike back at another store in Taupo close to the hotel.
2 days later we were back and my husband and son both hired bikes to hit the park again. The staff were so helpful throughout, and bikes and equipment all good quality.
