Visit here to get the information you need for your holiday. Staff are exceptionally friendly, experienced and knowledgeable about the area and things to do etc. Also plenty of souvenirs to take home.

I am a big fan of I-Sites and Rotorua is one of the best ones. Full program to all the cities in the area, mostly of course about Rotorua. Great service and good help desk! Worth going there to check out what's available!

Large information centre in attractive building. Staff were very helpful and informative. We came away with a souvenir t-shirt and some free maps and info to help us decide the best places to visit for a hot mineral bath on route to Lake Taupo.
