We visited this after Waiotapu Wonderland on a 27C day. Lunch was sufficient in the cafe. The staff was friendly and provided information. There are lockable lockers and big changerooms and outdoor showers. There were only about 20 other visitors and we soon learnt why....More

Hi Julie The facility is open every day except Christmas from 10 am. I don't recall the exact price, but think it was something like $25-30 per adult for general admission. It's about 30 minutes from Rotorua
