We found the setting quite lovely with a choice of pools to soak in. Also enjoyed the ECO walk - which is included in admittance price. A steady flow of customers. It would have been nice to have a tepid pool to cool off in,...More

Lovely hot pools, up to 39 Celsius! Multiple pools to choose from with varying temperatures. Free entry to the pool if you're staying the night at the holiday park in a campervan. Highly recommended!

We didn't swim in the pools but they looked very inviting in a pretty valley setting. off the main tourist route , so you can enjoy the quiet.

A place to take the family. A little pricey but if you love thermal pools then worth it. There use to be barbecues and on the day of the visit they didn't have any barbecues. I miss that we can't cook our food and have...More

There were many different pools with varying temperatures. We like that the pools were outside. Pools and facility was clean.

My husband and I visited the Thermal Pools in April on a drizzling rainy day and got a private deluxe spa suite for half an hour. Sulphur pool was amazing on this rainy day overlooking the lake. What a great experience.

My girlfriend and I came here. It was so relaxing. I loved all the different pools. The walk to the spring was also very interesting.

we stopped here on our way back to our b&b after a big day of walking and activity. It was lovely to relax in the hot pools... take you pick of about 6 at different temperatures, and enjoy. There is a cafe there also.

Hi Julie The facility is open every day except Christmas from 10 am. I don't recall the exact price, but think it was something like $25-30 per adult for general admission. It's about 30 minutes from Rotorua
