We needed a shuttle to take us and bikes to do te ara ahi bike track. Keith went above just getting us from a to b, he showed us many of the geothermal sites on our way there. We got lost and even called Keith who put us back on track. He is such an asset to the company and just put 110% in to ensuring we had so much knowledge of the local area! Giving us things to look out for during out bike ride

Our shuttle driver Keith was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us many local attractions on the way to Wai-O-Tapu and told us about the history of the area we drove through. I would recommend his service!

This was the best and up close time we spent in the valley looking at Geo Thermals. The boat cruise should not be missed as you watch native birds, steaming cliffs, eruption sites and craters. We saw many eruptions and amazing view on our cruise. This is a definitely one boat cruise cannot be missed.

I view this as the best of the geothermal experiences. We did go to Hell's gate whose attraction is ability to have a mud bath. This experience was less hot and more walkable with shade and very informative. We also enjoyed the Thermal Land Shuttle efficiency and drivers.

Go. Go and make sure you have plenty of time! We had a good time and saw many beautiful things here. The natural sights are quite stunning We were in a hurry which led to stressing a bit so don't do that. Note that the geyser in the morning is a logistic horror. And it is not a natural occurrence so we felt it was quite unnecessary.
