Compared to hobbiton, legendary's labrynth caving tour and boat cruise of Taupo, the Canopy Tour was our family's favourite experience... by a country mile. From the moment we arrived, we received first class service. Our guides were informative, considerate and passionate (thnx Paul and Cam). Stunning forest.

Absolutely amazing. The trip up to the forest is a part of the experience. The guides are amazing, I was a little afraid but they talked me through it and made it fun for me. I actually felt totally safe the whole time. It is amazing to be up with the birds. The trapping and eradication of pests info was... More

A wonderful 3 hours adventure, combining thrilling zip wires in native forest, and info on conservation work too. Having 6 zip wires was the best thing ever for our 8 and 10 year-old children, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our action-packed holiday. The guides were brilliant - funny and informative throughout. This is a must-do activity.... More

The air in there is seriously cool and refreshing. Danny and Spencer were relaxed, up beat, very informative and... More

Awesome scenery of the big tawa forest, and fun flying over the ferns and trees. Good info on the conservation work being carried out as well. Friendly fun guides. Would have been a better experience with a smaller group of around 5; with 10 people there was a lot of waiting around at platforms.

Beautiful bush, great guides, fabulous organisation & a great experience. I took two 13 year olds with no fear & they thought it was awesome i.e. they said it was the highlight of our trip to Rotorua & we did it all. Loved the conservation slant on the trip. A native Robin took worms from our hand which was pretty... More

... is flying through the tree tops on a zip-line! Scott and Jesse were our comedy-duo guides on this fabulous 3 hour trip. Great rides at dizzying heights and safe as houses. Thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt lots about Canopy Tours conservation efforts in the forest. Top marks!
