We visted Saturday evening during Auckland anniversary. The staff at the check-in guest and the cafe were super friendly and hospitable. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, handlotion, shampoo, bodywash and hairdryers which was wonderful. Unfortunately though the pools were overcrowded and many children...More

This was a wonderful way to chillax and I can vouch for the Priest Pool waters being highly effective in taking down inflamation. Simply lovely to be outside with wonderful views. Opted for the deluxe lake side pools which gave a range of 7 pools,...More

Spent a wonderful morning at this amazing Spa. Bought the adult area tickets - $35 and it was well worth it. Very few people about which was terrific. The place itself is clean, the four hot spring pools were terrific. Felt terrific after the experience....More

The staff is not very helpful to a first-time visitor. I had purchased an ADULT only pool area but ended up in the one with children. There was no one anywhere to give directions to the other area. The pools were a great experience, however,...More

Hi there, thank you for your question. We recommend pre-booking our private pools or if you wish to enjoy one of our day spa products. You dont need to pre-book for our other bathing products. Hope this helps!

Considering you are used to Chicago in the winter you will not find it cold, but it does rain a lot. The pools will be too hot for a small child. There is a family section. Take your kid there

Hi there - November see us well into spring so it would be a great option during the day. We would recommend the Lake Spa as you can enjoy a variety of pools and the views with your little one.
