The experience of rolling down a hill inside a giant inflatable ball has been an iconic adventure experience since Andrew and David Akers developed the first operation in the world in Rotorua back in 1997. Rotorua remains the ONLY location in New Zealand where you can experience this amazingly fun and bizarre activity. With a new site just 5 minutes from the town centre with a hill that is almost twice as long, you can ride with 1, 2 or 3 people inside the same H2OGO (with warm water in winter or cool water in summer),race against your friends, or try the Harness OGO where you are securely strapped in and sent rolling head over heels through the trees down our custom designed harness track.OR … try our BRAND NEW ride; THE FISHPIPE!A new and unique type of water ride where you slide for over 600 metres! Further than the longest water-slide in the world!Up to 3 riders, 75 litres (20 gallons) of water and a barrel that spins at up to 45 revolutions per minute (although we can slow it right down for the kids and those of you with nervous dispositions.)If you’re riding solo, you can slide, try to run inside, or even try surfing on your feet. With 2 or 3 riders inside you slip and slide together in a tangled mess ... backwards, sideways, frontwards, upside-downwards and whose-foot-is-that-in-my-mouthwards.Open 364 days from 9:00 to 5:00pm in all weather conditions, do not miss out on this unique New Zealand invention. No bookings necessary.

I've always wanted to roll down a hill in a ball but in SA its for kids only and I'm really tall. It was so much fun doing it together with my husband. Don't worry about the water temperature you don't have time to notice it!

Zorbing was an extremely recommended activity therefore our expectations were high. When we noticed the price of $60, our initial thoughts were that multiple rides were included. However, this wasn't the case, within this package only one out of two tracks were available. This was a little bit disappointing. On the other hand, hot spas were an unexpected luxury which... Ogo is something you don't really understand until you do it. Getting into a massive clear ball filled with warm water and rolling/bouncing down a long steep hill and the curved 'sidewinder' slope was indescribable fun. Give it a go.

Three teens, 30th of December two trips for $80 - one straight ride and one windy track ride. ..... this is Zorbing just a different name. We got there just before a bus load of people and the boys got up the hill quickly to do there first ride... could ride solo, in a pair and one or in a... More

Having done a dry zorb in the UK, I already knew what fun zorbing can be. We spontaneously decided to stop in at the OGO track as we were passing on our way to the Polynesian Spa. We were told that the weather was too windy for dry zorbing, thankfully we had our swimsuits in the back of the car... More

Decided to roll down the hill with all 3 sisters in one wet ogo! This decreased our price to $35 each and was super hilarious. We did the straight trail as that is the only one you can do with 3 people. We did originally go hoping to go on the dry ogo however when we got there told that... More

OGO is well situated has a really great layout and is really simple to access. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the place is really chilled out . I had a brilliant time splatting down a hill in a huge ball.

Great fun for something completely different. Staff were great; friendly, cheerful and helpful. We decided it was one of the more expensive things to do but don't regret doing it the one time and the teens loved it.
