The experience of rolling down a hill inside a giant inflatable ball has been an iconic adventure experience since Andrew and David Akers developed the first operation in the world in Rotorua back in 1997. Rotorua remains the ONLY location in New Zealand where you can experience this amazingly fun and bizarre activity. With a new site just 5 minutes from the town centre with a hill that is almost twice as long, you can ride with 1, 2 or 3 people inside the same H2OGO (with warm water in winter or cool water in summer),race against your friends, or try the Harness OGO where you are securely strapped in and sent rolling head over heels through the trees down our custom designed harness track.OR … try our BRAND NEW ride; THE FISHPIPE!A new and unique type of water ride where you slide for over 600 metres! Further than the longest water-slide in the world!Up to 3 riders, 75 litres (20 gallons) of water and a barrel that spins at up to 45 revolutions per minute (although we can slow it right down for the kids and those of you with nervous dispositions.)If you’re riding solo, you can slide, try to run inside, or even try surfing on your feet. With 2 or 3 riders inside you slip and slide together in a tangled mess ... backwards, sideways, frontwards, upside-downwards and whose-foot-is-that-in-my-mouthwards.Open 364 days from 9:00 to 5:00pm in all weather conditions, do not miss out on this unique New Zealand invention. No bookings necessary.

Novelty- I call it a Human hamster ball -beg called it "zorbing" . Basically they roll you down the hill inside of a giant ball - options with or without water. Ages 7 and up.kids had a blast. After they soaked in the hot tub. Did both zig zag and straight shot.

This is a little pricey but we had a ball rolling down the sidewinder track a few times. The hot tubs are nice and the staff is very friendly. I would give it 5/5 but I think it's too expensive.

Great fun rolling down a hill in an inflatable ball! The three of us went in one ball with cold water and down the straight run. There's a hot tub at the top and bottom, which you can use before and after your zorb. The staff were all friendly and professional and we felt well taken care of. We'd definitely... More

We brought our kids here and they all totally loved it. No booking was required, we just turned up. We all did the Sidewinder - our youngest is 6 (which is the minimum age) and she loved every minute. It was a pretty expensive activity, we would of liked to of done a few rides each but at $280 for... More

We did not know this was even an attraction in Rotorua but passed it on our way into town. We went back the next day because my husband wouldn't leave without trying it out. My dad had knee replacement surgery 7 months ago and was very skeptical about going because he didn't want to get injured. We walked in and... More

Rolled into town late one afternoon and managed to squeeze in OGO for the kids. Pretty expensive for three turns each (One they did in the same OGO). They weren't busy, we were the only customers. Kids had fun, but not something I would pay to do again. Staff efficient and facilities nice. Sit in a spa whilst you wait... More

It was 2pm Thursday and the attraction was empty. I know why, it's expensive. Our kids were inside the same ball for one ride at $50 each. Whilst they loved the ride it's very expensive. Great idea to put in a GoPro to take footage inside the ball but that was another $50. All up expensive for something that lasted... More

We had an awesome time in the wet OGO going down the sidewinder. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a jam packed day and did not have time to waste. We were taken straight up the hill and rolled down. It is a bit on the expensive side for only a few minutes of fun,... More

Undoubtedly the ride was awesome but the only issue was that when we asked for the copies of our photos and videos they. Actually offered to give them in a compact disk instead of a pen drive . We even offered them that we could connect our phones to the computer or maybe get a pen drive but the chose... More
