The experience of rolling down a hill inside a giant inflatable ball has been an iconic adventure experience since Andrew and David Akers developed the first operation in the world in Rotorua back in 1997. Rotorua remains the ONLY location in New Zealand where you can experience this amazingly fun and bizarre activity. With a new site just 5 minutes from the town centre with a hill that is almost twice as long, you can ride with 1, 2 or 3 people inside the same H2OGO (with warm water in winter or cool water in summer),race against your friends, or try the Harness OGO where you are securely strapped in and sent rolling head over heels through the trees down our custom designed harness track.OR … try our BRAND NEW ride; THE FISHPIPE!A new and unique type of water ride where you slide for over 600 metres! Further than the longest water-slide in the world!Up to 3 riders, 75 litres (20 gallons) of water and a barrel that spins at up to 45 revolutions per minute (although we can slow it right down for the kids and those of you with nervous dispositions.)If you’re riding solo, you can slide, try to run inside, or even try surfing on your feet. With 2 or 3 riders inside you slip and slide together in a tangled mess ... backwards, sideways, frontwards, upside-downwards and whose-foot-is-that-in-my-mouthwards.Open 364 days from 9:00 to 5:00pm in all weather conditions, do not miss out on this unique New Zealand invention. No bookings necessary.

Great view as you throw yourself down a steep hill in a massive ball. It's exhilarating as you roll down a hill at ridiculous speeds with arms n legs flying everywhere. Really different to any other experience we had. An absolute MUST SEE 😜

A bit pricey but by far one of our favourite activities from our trip. The zorbing itself was great fun, made even better by the beautiful surroundings. You're allowed to take in your own camera for free, which is definitely worth it - the video...More

We found a coupon through bookme to go zorbing here. It was an awesome experience, a must do in the area! The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better. The hot tub at the end was a major plus! Thanks OGO!

Our 15 yr old and 11 yr old girls loved this! My husband and I loved it too! We went on a somewhat rainy Monday and there was no waiting and no lines. Super clean facility and really nice staff.

We were in the winter months, so we were somewhat hesitant about the water. But the crew filled the chamber with hot water. They were very funny and really friendly. The course has a straight run where you can race the group in the other...More

OGO are very large balls that you climb into, the opening gets zipped up and you come down a hill. Just like on Amazing Race. FUN! FUN! FUN! There are two routes down, one is a straight line which allows you to go faster. The...More

Chose Ogo over Zorb based on the reviews. Their ride is also longer in length and time. Initially just wanted the kids to have a go, but the wife and I ended up going ourselves. FUN! The hot tubs are an added treat! Helpful and...More

Hi AnitaJ387 ... As Marla correctly says; it would be no problem for you and your husband to swap child caring duties while you each ride. Alternatively we have a number of staff on site who LOVE children. If you and your... More

2 people at a time. My daughter's plan to ride me like a boogie board failed. We just fell over each other and laughed the whole time.
