The experience of rolling down a hill inside a giant inflatable ball has been an iconic adventure experience since Andrew and David Akers developed the first operation in the world in Rotorua back in 1997. Rotorua remains the ONLY location in New Zealand where you can experience this amazingly fun and bizarre activity. With a new site just 5 minutes from the town centre with a hill that is almost twice as long, you can ride with 1, 2 or 3 people inside the same H2OGO (with warm water in winter or cool water in summer),race against your friends, or try the Harness OGO where you are securely strapped in and sent rolling head over heels through the trees down our custom designed harness track.OR … try our BRAND NEW ride; THE FISHPIPE!A new and unique type of water ride where you slide for over 600 metres! Further than the longest water-slide in the world!Up to 3 riders, 75 litres (20 gallons) of water and a barrel that spins at up to 45 revolutions per minute (although we can slow it right down for the kids and those of you with nervous dispositions.)If you’re riding solo, you can slide, try to run inside, or even try surfing on your feet. With 2 or 3 riders inside you slip and slide together in a tangled mess ... backwards, sideways, frontwards, upside-downwards and whose-foot-is-that-in-my-mouthwards.Open 364 days from 9:00 to 5:00pm in all weather conditions, do not miss out on this unique New Zealand invention. No bookings necessary.

Totally worth your time and money for this wonderful experience. Each ball is around 100 kilos and is filled with warm water (in winter) to help protect you from friction and the cold. Super fun and mildly terrifying, my friend and I thought we were...More

We decided to try the OGO experience as part of a work conference with a party of 10. Upon arriving you can tell they have really thought about the layout of the attraction and have invested well in facilities. The staff were friendly, good at...More

We were a little skeptical of Ogo in Winter and are so glad we ended up doing it. With younger kids, my husband and I each ended up going in the Ogo with one child in the water filled ball. They make the water a...More

We travelled to Rotorua with a group of 10. One of the best activities we did was the OGO. Awesome time for everyone involved and what topped it off on a winters day was the warm spas at the top and the bottom. Highly recommended.

OGO Rotorua was sensational. Our family loved the experience, the friendliness, the efficiency and the hot tubs! So much so that our young son Samuel (Junior Wild Guy) rated OGO as the best part of our July 2017 expedition....and this is a big call because...More

Thanks for the raving review Wild Guy. Very pleased to hear that Samuel enjoyed himself so much! Congrats on your boy's presentation too - how cool that he's spreading the news about what to do in NZ!

A lot of fun and something pretty original to do! The zig zag track is a lot of fun and the straight one gets you good speed! Jacuzzi available on site while you're waiting for your next ride!

You must do zorb if you are visiting Rotorua. I chose to have H2OGO - Sidewinder Track. It was $60. The experience was awesome. They have a heated pool where you can sit while you wait for your turn. I recommend doing sidewinder, it's much...More

Took our girls (8 and 11) to try this H2Ogo out on a cold winter's morning. They loved the experience and we are likely to visit again in the near future. No waiting around as the crew was all set up to go and take...More

Plan on the three run package. The curved course is best. Better with a second person inside. Strap a waterproof camera to your wrist or ankle. Have fun and don't throw-up. Pretty much the same as Zorb but do your own research.

2 people at a time. My daughter's plan to ride me like a boogie board failed. We just fell over each other and laughed the whole time.
