The experience of rolling down a hill inside a giant inflatable ball has been an iconic adventure experience since Andrew and David Akers developed the first operation in the world in Rotorua back in 1997. Rotorua remains the ONLY location in New Zealand where you can experience this amazingly fun and bizarre activity. With a new site just 5 minutes from the town centre with a hill that is almost twice as long, you can ride with 1, 2 or 3 people inside the same H2OGO (with warm water in winter or cool water in summer),race against your friends, or try the Harness OGO where you are securely strapped in and sent rolling head over heels through the trees down our custom designed harness track.OR … try our BRAND NEW ride; THE FISHPIPE!A new and unique type of water ride where you slide for over 600 metres! Further than the longest water-slide in the world!Up to 3 riders, 75 litres (20 gallons) of water and a barrel that spins at up to 45 revolutions per minute (although we can slow it right down for the kids and those of you with nervous dispositions.)If you’re riding solo, you can slide, try to run inside, or even try surfing on your feet. With 2 or 3 riders inside you slip and slide together in a tangled mess ... backwards, sideways, frontwards, upside-downwards and whose-foot-is-that-in-my-mouthwards.Open 364 days from 9:00 to 5:00pm in all weather conditions, do not miss out on this unique New Zealand invention. No bookings necessary.

Something that should be tried at least once. Lots and lots of fun. We carried our GoPro cameras along with us for the ride and we have some incredible video of us laughing the whole way down the hill.

If you can't remember the last time you laughed uncontrollably then you need to get to this place. It is so much fun. My husband and I went in one together and could not stop laughing. We went three times. It looks a bit scary but it's seriously just a moving water slide. Do not miss this!

I'd waited almost 15 years to zorb since I saw it on Amazing Race, and it was one of the most fun things we did! We went on a Monday afternoon and we had the place to ourselves. There are 2 tracks - sidewinder and steep straight. We did both - the straight lets you go a little faster, but... More

Took our 7yr old from some fun runs down the hill after driving past for years I finally decided we check out the fun. It's was a cool day but to our surprise they fill the balls with warm water and set you off down the hill with a handy 'Go Pro' to capture all the fun. We had a... More

So much fun! Did the dry run. It was a rainy cold day and did not feel like getting wet but it was fun. Bring your GoPro and definitely get a video.

Had always wanted to zorb and then found a flyer for this and this place is by the original founder of zorbing. They have 3 tracks two straight and one zig zag. Both really fun. When watching people go, it doesn't seem like they are going fast, but sure does feel fast while in the ball. Staff very friendly. Coffee... More

There is a very short course for 45$ p.p., and a bit longer one which costs 60$. My partner took the second one - it was extremlly short (took her a minute and a half to go from top to bottom), so our recommendation to the owners - either make a much longer course, anf if not decrease the price... Best decision ever! Love the OGO! Did a zigzag and one straight...both with water. I laughed all the way down! It was amazing. Way more fun if you do it with friends. Best fun I've had in ages. Go for it. No regrets. I may go again. Thanks for the experience

Wasn't quite sure what to expect - but my daughter wanted to go. It was a cold rainy day- so I was initially worried we would be chilly - But the OGO team had apparently already thought about that as we went from hot tub at the bottom, to a nice warm truck for the ride up - to the... More

A must do while in Rotorua, it's was even more fun than I thought! We did both the side winder and the straight track together, nice warm water in the Zorb and a hot tub at the start and finish so you don't get cold!
