We raelly enjoyed taking a walk around the geysers. They are huge and there are small treks so one can see the geysers from different angles

We really enjoyed not only the geysers and the mud pools very Yellowstone like.But the Maori village and demonstration was interesting as well. Over all a nice day out. They also had a building where they were teaching Maori children how to do stone carving, wood carving, and weaving. There was a place you could see a live Kiwi bird but they are nocturnal and the lighting is so low (necessary) that it is hard to see but for just a second I can say I saw a kiwi.…

My visit to this Geothermal Valley was fascinating simply for seeing the live activity of the natural geysers. Unfortunately cannot post any videos on TripAdvisor as of yet, as photos don’t give any justice to the natural sounds of the geysers. Certainly would very highly recommend visiting the same to any traveler. …
