Me and my wife went sledging for the first time and it was equally as exhilarating as it was unique! We had AMAZING guides Jackie and Hemi who helped us navigate the rapids. It is intense but not as physically exhausting as we were anticipating. Would HIGHLY recommend this activity, there is really no where else in the world you can do this, and it’s a great company that has incredible service and safety!

Sledging, what an experience - certainly something I've never done before and truly unique. Had an absolute blast but had to put in some hard Mahi for this one. Amazing to be in the water and boosting down rapids and waterfalls on the sledge. Always felt safe and in control with the amazing crew, especially Jackie and Cruzo who took us down the river. Enjoyed our time with the Kaitiaki adventures whanau and would recommend them to anyone looking for a bit of adventure. Service was outstanding along with experiences we had with them. Will definitely go back!

Had an absolute awesome time with the Kaitiaki crew who made me and my mates super welcome. Rafting was a fantastic experience and going down the 7m waterfall was such a thrill. Shout out to our guide Keaton who did an awesome job making sure we had an experience to remember on the beautiful Kaituna. By the end of our trip we really felt like part of the Kaitiaki whanau. Amazing service, amazing experience, highly recommend!

Bloody fantastic!! Even with a 6-7 drop water fall we felt safe and secure! Caruso and the rest of the team were great. If we’re ever back in Rotorua, we will definitely go rafting with them again!!

Traveled to Rotorua with two other mates and we had a truly great time with the Kaitiaki team across two days where we did both rafting and sledging. Everyone we dealt with were super friendly and informative throughout.
Our rafting trip was excellent, led by Keaton and Curtis in the kayak ahead - we were in safe hands! The rapids were super fun and while at first I was a little apprehensive, we quickly got comfortable and leaned into the adventure of it all. The waterfall was such a wicked experience and being blasted underwater to pop out the other side is a memory I'm sure we will talk about again in the future.
Sledging was a hard slog for three lads who had enjoyed some of Rotorua's local beverages the night before. But 'Mama Duck' Jackie led us expertly throughout the entire adventure, backed by the awesome Caruso. Sledging was challenging at times, and my lungs were working overtime, but the crew looked after us and there was never a time where I felt unsafe or in danger.
Overall I'd highly recommend this team, they looked after us expertly and we had an epic time. Thanks Kaitiaki crew!

Yes, they have dozens and dozens of wetsuits on the racks to get the right size. I am 6'2" and 240lbs and they easily had one to fit me.
