We had a great time with Rich on the Jet Skis. We had never been on a jet ski before so were a little apprehensive but there was nothing to worry about. Would recommend it to anyone. Rich and his partner were very easy going and just put us at ease instantly. Thanks again Rich it was terrific...can't wait to do it again

I’m a kiwi living in London and back on holiday visiting. I booked for me and my dad for his birthday and we both loved it. We went for the 2.5 hour option and it was awesome, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. A great combination of adrenaline and relaxation.

Incredible experience - book it!

We had the most beautiful and fast paced time! Rich took us on a three hour tour to the hole in the rock; he was so knowledgeable and friendly. Riding through the hole in the rock was surreal and blasting between the islands was the most fun we’ve had during our time in NZ!

The best Bay of Islands Experience Ever

an amazing day on the water. would recommend to anyone. A great blend of being supervised and being allowed to run the jet skis at leisure. Fantastic knowledge of the area and some great caves to go into.

Massive Fun

We were booked for Monday but the weather was suppose to be bad. We ended up going later than our scheduled time due to weather.
Our trip on the jetskis was an awesome way to cruise around and see the Bay of Islands. We were booked on the 4hour ride. We hit large swells which didn't deter us but made the trip more fun. We were both first timers on the jetski and once we got the hang of steering we were all good to go.
Richard made us feel comfortable and safe. The jetskis were nice to ride and handled the sea swells well.
It was a blast. And if we were in the area for another full day I wouldve done it again.
I will recommend this activity/adventure to any of my family or friends travelling to the Bay of Island.
Thank you so much for taking us on a massive ride on water. Way more fun than sitting on a boat.

Absolutely amazing! Rich was a fantastic guide and we had so much fun. Was meant o be a three hour tour to hole in rock but water was pretty rough so spent time in bays and more around islands. Such great fun not just to see these beautiful islands but also bouncing around on the JetSki! Way more exciting than on flat water. Did see a couple of penguins out swimming too!

Total bonus … when in a bay we found ourselves surrounded by dolphins who literally came under and around the jet skis to check us out. Magical.

This is a must do.

Falsely represented their location to me at time of booking and wouldn't refund me my $1000

I contacted this company by email and notified them of where my cruise was going to be docked in Wellington and inquired about whether or not this tour would be feasible. Their website at the time did not include a map of where they were located. Strangely now it does! I was told yes we could book with them and I even asked for directions to their location from the Wellington pier and they emailed me back that the meet up was directly across from the pier. Once I had confirmed that this tour lined up with our location through the owners, I paid my $1000.00 for the jet ski tour. Once we boarded the cruise, and our ship docked in Wellington for two days, we noticed that we didn't see their tour company across the dock as advertised. Since our tour was for the second day we were docked in Wellington, I tried contacting them by phone to confirm the pickup. No one answered the phone when I called several times. I had very limited internet and cell phone service, so I had the ship's guest services email them for me to confirm the address and they also tried calling them to get the address. No one answered or responded to the email or picked up the phone until the night before the tour. Once the phone call was finally picked up I spoke to Marnie and asked about the directions again. Only then did she tell me they are not even located in Wellington. When I asked her why they had told me that this tour was represented as right across the dock from my cruise ship in Wellington, she now responded that in fact it is not! I stated that obviously we can't be at a location that is over 6 hours away and that I would have never signed up for this tour if I had known where they were located. I asked to refund my tour since she misrepresented their location by email and was told that I did not give her 24 hours notice. I explained that I had been calling and emailed well before the 24 hours to get the directions and no one was answering the phone and that the services were not as described. This tour company did not have a map or directions on their very limited website when I signed up! Because of this, I sent the emails to get the directions BEFORE I paid my money. Being told that they were across the dock in Wellington is why I paid my money and booked the tour. Marnie informed me I could not receive a refund because they are a small company and if I ever came back to New Zealand I could book another tour with them! I am very disappointed that a fair resolution could not be resolved. Their cancellation policy is as follows...
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Obviously if you do not pick up the phone and a customer needs to cancel, it is impossible to follow your own terms and conditions of your cancellation policy for a customer! I tired numerous times to call you and contact you 48 hours before our tour and left an email even to have you respond and no one ever did till it was under the 24 hours. This can not be the fault of your customer! Our family will not be coming back to New Zealand since this was a trip of a lifetime for us and we had saved up for years to come. I am glad to see you have a map now to let customers know where you are located and only wish you would have been more honest with us about where you were located so I would not be out the $1000 I paid for this tour!

Absolutely awesome experience always better when you are with folk with the same driving abilities! We were lucky we were able to blast out to Motuarohia Island, Tapeka point, weather awesome great guide!

Wow, what a blast! Rich was a fabulous instructor and guide. He knew the Bay really well, and read the conditions well. We were encouraged to gain confidence on the jetskis before blasting along at full throttle. Such fun. Loved it, and cant wait togo out again. Thank you for making our 'bucket list' tour so much fun…

Awesome experience not to be missed

This is the best thing I have done in the Bay of Islands - even beating the helicopter sightseeing trip. Loved the responsiveness and speed (over 50km/h) of the jet ski, and of course the scenery is outstanding. Always felt safe, even at full throttle.
