Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very beautiful garden right along the coast of this beautiful art-deco inspired city. Great for a nice stroll as you tour the town.

Beautiful gardens. And the statue of Pania is lovely. Plenty of parking and free to enter. Lovely views ou to sea.

Well laid out and maintained garden with quite a lot of spring flowers in full bloom. The foxgloves were magnificent.

The gardens were developed in 1960's . features sculpture from that area with little ponds surrounding. Napier gardeners always have this space looking fantastic. Links on to other walkways along the parade. Great space to take a lunch and relax

We did notice that all the gardens in Napier were well maintained and colourful, and this one was no exception. It would be the ideal spot to sit and enjoy lunch on a sunny day. We didn't unfortunately have time to spend long, there is too much to see and do in the vicinity. Loved the large laughing pots on the road nearby too.

Very average and underwhelming, it was a nice garden but not a tourist attraction or a Napier must do. Probably won’t be back.

Not very big but has a several points of interest in it. However if you aren't there to sit and relax it won't take you long to get through it.

As above, a quiet place where there is so much to take in and see, spread all around you, take the time to read the plaques placed by many who were there or experienced the 1931 earthquake.
Happy to sit and thinks here.
