Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place is amazing, kids encouraged and allowed to touch close to everything! And it's all hooked up and in working order. We had the best time discoving how things work!

So much to see, and great for young and old alike. Many interactive activities. Especially with kids the old timey communications systems. And the make-believe butcher shop.

I must bring all of my grandchildren here for an interactive experience. So interesting and a blast from the past! I’m so glad that people recycle rather than dumping old goods. Helpful and pleasant volunteers.

Great hands on experience for kids and adults alike. Kids were intrigued with the yesteryear gadgets on display and loved having a turn with them. Highly recommend visiting if you are in Napier.
