We are the official isite Visitor Information Centre in Hamilton and your local experts in our region. We are your 'one stop shop' for travel advice and bookings for Waikato tours, activities and accommodation. As an official isite, we also specialise in travel arrangements for all New Zealand destinations. Better still, our service to you is FREE. We are open Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 5.00pm (including public holidays), closed Christmas Day.

The information centre is apart of the Arts Post gallery. It’s housed in a lovely historical building just next door to the museum. I enjoyed walking around the art gallery looking at the interesting pottery and artworks.

The i-Site is in an old building along with an art gallery (Art Post). There is the usual wide array of brochures and souvenirs.

Great idea moving the info center to part of the Museum, well Art Post. Great to look at want's for sale and the exhibitions on display

We always visit the Information Office/ Centre when ever we come into a new Town.
Or if it is a long time since our last visit to this area. We have always found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. With in-depth knowledge of accommodation and goings on. Hamilton is no exception, very good, Thank you Staff.

They were able to help me with Bouchers and ideas for taking someone in a wheelchair around Rotorua sites. They contacted the i-Site in Rotorua to see what would suit us.

We stopped in to look a some brochures and were so lucky to meet Tessa at the centre. She provided us with excellent information and set up our tours with no work on our part.

I found Hamilton visitor information centre very useful, they can provide all the details of nearby tourist attractions around Hamilton, also you can get maps of Hamilton city and brochures of tourist attractions nearby.
