Great zoo for the family . While the selection of animals is not as extensive as other zoo's , the enclosures are large and animals happy and easily viewable . The children loved the big open spaces and there are lots of picnic spots .

This is great my twins loved all the animals and enjoyed getting to walk around and have a look. Good coffee which is a must if you have twins like me.

Where to start? Fabulous staff and reasonable priced. Each time we have gone the animals have been out. It's just great to see the animals well cared for and for the zoo to keep developing it. Just a great place to take the kids.

We went to this zoo on a Thursday, we shared with only 2 families! Lovely zoo with many animals with great enclosures. The chimps have a lovely home - always nice to see! Worth a visit if in the area.

Totally agree with all those comments. Twoish hours. Mind you twenty minutes with a kaka parrot on your shoulder sniffing your perfume on your neck, under your chin and down your shirt front just can't be missed. It also... More
