Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Rubbish place, way too small for the amount of kids allowed to jump here. Saw 2 accidents while we were here, nobody looking after the jump pit, so kids were jumping in on top of each other. Found the staff to be rude and one was too busy honing his own skills instead of worrying about jumper safety. Wouldn't bother coming again while visiting Hamilton.

Got here around two minutes past the hour keen to get the kids going and went around to counter where person was working. Got ignored, not even a flash of eye contact or a quick smile and "hi there, I'll just be a minute" as she was making a hot drink.
Two minutes later I got told "oh come to this counter" and she added up for three kids then asked if we had the "leap" socks to which I replied, no but same as because they all were wearing jump socks. Had to still pay the extra $2.50/pr of socks as was their policy. Sadly wont be coming back to reuse them as such crap service considering I've just spent $55.50 here for an hour. Such a pity Jump are no longer operating here in Hamilton as I had intended to go there until I realised at the last minute that they had moved to Takanini. One star as kids still having fun despite tge hole in my wallet and being treated like a "thing". Might pay to train your staff in the not so difficult art of customer service.

I have always loved leap, but found over the past few years it is no where near what it used to be and today confirmed that we will not be going again. The staff are shocking at customer service and the safety of the children. At the counter I was spoken to rudely, and even though I was the only person in line I had to wait 25 minutes to be served because the person at the counter didn’t know what they were doing and there was no other staff to assist. Once on the trampolines there were approximately 65 people ‘leaping’ and one staff member too busy flirting with a customer or leaning on the railing staring at the ceiling to notice three hurt children (one who was bleeding). I would have thought during busy sessions, especially in the school holidays, there would be more staff and ones that actually pay attention to their customers.

You pay for an hour but if you can last more than 40 minutes your doing well! Kids love it and something that parents can join in. And it’s cheaper than an hour with a personal trainer at the Gym!

The kids love to go here so I take them a bit but I am there purely as a spectator and more as a ride.

It would be good if there was a cafe as some of the "kids" style attractions have and maybe free or cheap Wi Fi.

The actual tramps and foam pit are well set up, clean and staff seem ok

Trampolines, bouncy castle, sponge pit, obstacle course and (for extra charge) laser tag, foozeball, air hockey and pool tables...great indoor activities for everyone from toddlers to adults.

Barefeet or socks you purchase there both acceptable. Can take your own food or some snacks available to purchase.

Some activities well supervised; others could do with better supervision of behaviour.

Plenty of activities to choose from here for all ages. Attended an 8 year olds birthday party here which was enjoyed by young and old.
