Looked at exciting thing to do. Spoke with people there and they were having fun. Nice picnic area to sit and view also. Good parking

We watched but we didn’t participate. We laughed a lot at people going down on kick boards, surfboards and sometimes on their bottoms, was hilarious

Definitely recommend for a bit of fun! The rocks are very slippery so you have to pick your path carefully but once you get going it is fast!

There are notices in the car park advising the water quality isn’t safe, although there were people sliding when we were there. Apparently they are working with landowners to improve the water quality. When that happens, it will be a great fun thing to do,...More

The rockslide is around 60m long with a fall of about 10m into a large, deep pool at the bottom. Most people slide down on a boogie board and a steamer would also be a good idea as there are a couple of bumps that...More

This would be absolutely fantastic fun in good weather I am sure of it. Today we had cloud and rain, and the place was deserted. If we had fancied it and were brave enough we could have had the whole place to ourselves. However, without...More

A must do! Lots of people there. Definitely take a board or air mattress. Pack a picnic and stay a while. Quite a few people just came to watch - a lot of enjoyment just looking. Don't forget the waterfall while your out there -...More

Had read good reviews by others, but my husband and I were disappointed with poor condition of and access to parking area. Then after scrambling down steep, rutted path (ripped up by a quad bike) we found a couple of local family groups had set...More

Kids (10 and 12 years old) loved this. I’d recommend taking an inflatable mattress or inner tube for younger kids. Boogey boards go faster and the ride is rougher but inflatables are more gentle. The hardest part was getting into the middle of the slide...More

You go pretty quick - and you can hurt or scrape yourself if you come off - so best to have some form of wet suit - but plenty of kids fly down without a problem. I only did it as i had a wetsuit on. The bigger issue at... More

you should be fine, the water at the end was above my head (1.67m) but not by much & it is not a very big pool, so you can dog paddle over to the edge.
