Dropped in to check out the wines - very helpful lady who allowed us to try one or two wines and gave us what turned out to be great recommendations for Gisbourne wines. Restaurant looked good - will have to try that next visit.

I'm not a fan of roses because you need to drink them pretty fast. The longer you leave it, the flavor deteriorates. So I wouldn't recommend to get a bottle of rose if you are 2 people and you drink slowly. But if you are...More

If you are into sharing plates this is the place to come - you don't have to share though. Came here with friends and ordered several things off the menu. Could not fault any of it. Great location and service also. Highly recommend!

They are located right by the harbour and you can enjoy good views while sipping your wine. They have a good selection of wines from gisborne. Their tapas menu is good and food is fresh

Nice place to taste a flight or two of wine then relax with a decent plate and a full bottle of wine while looking over the boat harbour. Easy walk from town. Parking can be tricky due to all the boat trailers taking up most...More

I feel compelled to report that the "Gisborne Wine Centre" is not a wine centre. Their selection is smaller than Liquorland's--or any decent grocery store in any major city in the world. The first time I arrived, at about 6pm, I was told that the...More
