Hey guys unfortunate but we approached by Richard who by far made our experience not a pleasurable one, he didn’t go the route we had discussed and every time we asked he just told us he knows what he is doing,

Had a wonderful trip around Auckland Harbour this morning with Nick from HelicopterMe. We were warmly welcomed by staff & the safety briefing from Nick was excellent. I highly recommend them. We went to celebrate my friend’s 70th & I would like to do another trip with them for mine, when that comes around.

Wow. We took our 5 year old grandson for a birthday flight over Auckland - our first helicopter experience too. We've lived in Auckland half a century and never really seen it before: we highly recommend the friendly and professional service.
If you are an Aucklander, the 3 person deal is too good to miss: go for it!

What a fantastic trip. Fish from start to finish.Troy was an excellent guide and pilot.The whole helicopterme team made the occasion one to remember. Can't wait to do it again. Thanks guys

We were 3 friends who went for the scenic route, flying over Auckland and Piha Beach together with our pilot Troy- probably the coolest and nicest guide and pilot in the whole country. Best pilot and service from the whole crew during the whole process from booking, arriving at site and the experience as whole. We could even adjust the flight route according to our wishes. Super satisfied! Book them!

This experience exceeded our expectations and we consider HelicopterMe to be a first-class organization in every way. The harbor side heliport was super modern and convenient. The whole team from Flight Operations to our pilot were superbly professional and responsive. The journey itself -- up the east side of the peninsula, then inland to Marsden Estate winery for lunch, then down the west side back towards Auckland -- was incredible and never-to-be-forgotten. We made an investment in memories and it paid off!

We booked a special tour for our anniversary and were not disappointed !
From our initial request until we headed home after the flight the service was great !
The flight itself was amazing and we enjoyed perfect weather and a smooth flight with a friendly and knowledgable pilot !
Would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are looking for a great helicopter experience!!

Helicopter Me was fantastic!! On very short notice they created 2 custom helicopter tours for our group of 4. What a way to see so much of the beautiful New Zealand landscape in a short period of time! One day to Rotorua and one day to Bay of Islands. Both days were awesome. Rebecca and Tim created our custom tours, pilots Nick and Shaun were very friendly and accommodating, and Co-owner Richard happily greeted us upon our return on day 2. Can’t recommend them more highly!

I booked through Helicopter Me for a surprise birthday present for my partner. I was organising the booking from overseas and Rebecca could not have been more accommodating, answered all of my questions promptly and helped my through the booking process. During our stay we had some issues with the weather and we were kept up to date regarding time changes ect along the way, not once did I have to call to see what was going on. Our pilot was great and very understanding of us running slightly late as we also departed that day, the flight itself was an amazing experience. Could not recommend their services more. Thank you Rebecca and team for an amazing experience and customer service.

Looking to perhaps stay at a Waiheke vineyard in October. On our last day, our international flight out of AKL is at 9am. Would a helicopter transfer to AKL be feasible, or is it better to come back to auckland the night before?
