Welcome to the world of Bliss! Bliss Reflexology was opened in 2003, and from its inception has been recognised as a pre-eminent Auckland reflexology and traditional Chinese therapy spa. Voted The Best Auckland Spa in 2010 and 2012 (by Metro Magazine). Bliss has three branches in Newmarket and Auckland City. Bliss Reflexology combines the best from one of the world's oldest cultures, with the latest in wellness philosophy. At Bliss we believe happiness is defined as total wellbeing - including your emotional, physical and mental health. Every time I am lucky enough to have one of these amazing massages I think "must do more often".
Excellent staff (Dan did my massage today). Great environment. I feel like I am walking on air. Cannot recommend enough. A holiday for your feet in 45 minutes.

It was a rather painful massage experience and I am feeling sore the next day after the massage. I am going to need another massge to recover from this one but I will be going somewhere else.

We had a couples massage after doing the Coast to Coast Walk across Auckland (16k!). The massage therapists did a great job. I think we both fell asleep! Everyone was very kind and friendly, and listened to our requests re: pressure, etc. It was very relaxing and we felt great afterwards. We were able to use a coupon from the Entertainment book so that was great. The only thing we would have liked to have made this an even better experience would have been showers.

As a beauty therapist from Australia, I had been working long days leading up to my holiday to Auckland and as a result was so sore. My muscles were knotted and movement was restricted but after seeing the wonderful Sakura I was left feeling not only zen but my movement had improved greatly. I booked another for the next day. Reception and spa itself was beautiful. Nice little touches included and if your staying at Crowne plaza you get a discount. Definitely worth the $96 per hr I was charged :) if I ever visit Auckland again I will be back! Thank you

Had a couples massage at Bliss. Probably not the best massage that I have had but was relaxing. Room was a little cold too. Just didn't get that 'ahhhhh' feeling afterwards.

I treated my parents with 60 mins full body massage today at the Bliss. Overall they loved the massage but they both thought the room were on the cold side especially you only covered by one towel when you nearly naked. On top of it, the therapists hands were cold, nothing worse than that. It’s small detail but I would think as a professional, this detail does matter to the customers.

I was staying at the Crowne Plaza Auckland and this place is conveniently located next door. There is also a special discount for those staying at the hotel (just mention and show your room key). I would highly recommend Bliss as the staff are excellent at making you feel relaxed once you enter as well as those who give a very professional and effective massage. I enjoyed my first remedial massage so much I went back for a second one which was a bit longer. Even the little touch of having a foot soak before you commence the massage helps to prepare and relax you adding to the whole experience. Thanks so much for providing a little piece of heaven whilst visiting NZ on holiday.

My wife and I decided to have a ‘Entire’ full body massage (1hr) in a couples room.
Our massage was excellent - very relaxing. Our therapists were excellent - polite, professional and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. The treatment room was clean, comfortable and relaxing ambience.

Thankyou for the wonderful 85 minute reflexology session which included a wonderful neck shoulder and arm massage and very therapeutic reflexology massage. The therapist was kind and welcoming but very strong and knowledgeable in the perfect ratio. Mayakoba at reception was also very helpful and professional.
