Welcome to the world of Bliss! Bliss Reflexology was opened in 2003, and from its inception has been recognised as a pre-eminent Auckland reflexology and traditional Chinese therapy spa. Voted The Best Auckland Spa in 2010 and 2012 (by Metro Magazine). Bliss has three branches in Newmarket and Auckland City. Bliss Reflexology combines the best from one of the world's oldest cultures, with the latest in wellness philosophy. At Bliss we believe happiness is defined as total wellbeing - including your emotional, physical and mental health. Had mirimiri on Saturday the 11th of May. A very clean place. Would highly recommend. It is on the upmarket so be prepared to spend a little. I went since I received a voucher for Christmas. The ladies were very attentive and kind, calm music and all special.

Every time I am lucky enough to have one of these amazing massages I think "must do more often".
Excellent staff (Dan did my massage today). Great environment. I feel like I am walking on air. Cannot recommend enough. A holiday for your feet in 45 minutes.

I am a regular here and every time I come I kick myself for leaving so much time between visits. The staff here are generally excellent. The setting is relaxing and calm, very zen! The standard service is the reflexology foot massage. It starts with a foot bath and shoulder and neck massages, then on to the feet - this is not the relaxing, western style but is intense and effective. You feel like you're floating on air afterwards but it is quite full n during the process. They also do a fabulous full body massage and this is my favourite - again, this is not for the faint hearted unless you ask for it to be. Tell the therapist up front what sort of pressure you like - be clear, many are working hard to improve their English, most but not all are native Mandarin speakers. Deep tissue is intense and usually through the sheet/towel and without oil, oil massage is less intense. I like a combination. If it's too intense tell them, if it's not firm enough tell them. They aim to please and do a very good job of it. They also have a stone spa and hot stone massage. The first is like a sauna, you lie on the hot stone beds in a warm room - no therapist and it is a good lead in to massage if you're stiff or sore. The second is what you would expect and is blissful. As well as the Atrium branch, there is a branch in Newmarket and in Takapuna. They do fabulous discounts for pre-paid treatments, the more you prepay the higher the discount (20-30%).

Had a couples massage at Bliss. Probably not the best massage that I have had but was relaxing. Room was a little cold too. Just didn't get that 'ahhhhh' feeling afterwards.

Nirvana Pedicure has you stepping our on new feet, this is the real deal pedicure no festering pedichairs just a comfortable armchair and a pain free hard skin removal. I followed this up with a reflexology massage which made me feel like dancing all the way home.

We had a couples massage after doing the Coast to Coast Walk across Auckland (16k!). The massage therapists did a great job. I think we both fell asleep! Everyone was very kind and friendly, and listened to our requests re: pressure, etc. It was very relaxing and we felt great afterwards. We were able to use a coupon from the Entertainment book so that was great. The only thing we would have liked to have made this an even better experience would have been showers.

Thankyou for the wonderful 85 minute reflexology session which included a wonderful neck shoulder and arm massage and very therapeutic reflexology massage. The therapist was kind and welcoming but very strong and knowledgeable in the perfect ratio. Mayakoba at reception was also very helpful and professional.

Thank you for the beautiful reflexology session. I went with my mum who had a full body massage and we both had a wonderful experience. Very good pressure and atmosphere! Professional and clean!

You may wonder about the location, but don't let it put you off. Inside a shopping centre, right next to the Crown Plaza hotel's entrance and lobby this little place is a treasure.
Having had regular body therapy treatments, in my experience there are only a handful of therapists who really tune into the body and remain interactive with the customer throughout the treatment. My therapist (I am afraid I can't remember her name) did just that. Deep tissue massage with lot of applied strength was just what I needed after a week of exercise. I wish I had more than one treatment. Highly recommend!!!!
