We booked the kayaking trip to Rangitoto but due to the Prada's cup being on we were not able to get there. So they took us to Browns Island instead. The Guide was lovely and we had a great time. Later we discovered the Browns island trip was $40 cheaper but they would not provide us with any refund. Emailed and Simon said he would not provide a refund and gave irrelevant excuses but said I could go on a free trip with another paying customer, within a month. It is not the kind of trip you want to do regularly. His email was sarcastic and unprofessional. Such a shame as we had a nice experience but his customer service ruined it. Will not be booking with them again.

Me and my friends wanted to go paddle boarding as we had never done it before. The main guy when we went in was really nice and helpful. We had a great time out on the paddle boards and they weren’t strict on times or anything which was nice. But once we had finished we paddled up to the slop where you could stand up and I stood there holding my board as I waited for my friend to come back. Nobody came to help me as I wasn’t sure what to do with my board or anything. One guy shouted at me as I was pulling my board up so it wouldn’t go out into the sea and said how it could damage the board which I didn’t know about but there was no need to shout at me. They made me carry the board which I couldn’t really do as I found it heavy and had a slight issue with my arms and didn’t tell me where to put it or put my life jacket so I kept on asking and they seemed to get very annoyed. Other than the staff at the end while on the boards it was great fun

I was so taken back, by this man's attitude. It was all about money. I wanted to take my two students paddle boarding (they have an intellectual disability). It was a perfect day, and the tide was in, he said I needed to be in a kayak with them, I explained I only wanted to go belly button deep so I could help them get on. I was told I need to be in a kayak, which is just crazy. I rang another facility that do paddle boarding and they said it is fine for you to stand and assist your students. The students went away very, very disappointed...we will never be going back again.

Thank you Levi for the awesome trip from St. Helier's Bay to Browns Island. My tour guide Levi was patient (I have little kayaking experience) and paced the trip to suit my needs. This helped me feel safe and confident on the water. I especially enjoyed learning about sea birds, the history of Brown Island and its neighbors. Now I know how to spot an oystercatcher! Levi was also nice enough to help me take pictures on the trip - great souvenir to remember this fun time. Highly recommend Fergs

My son and I are beginners and this trip were enough for us. The instructor were nice and North Head was a nice place to visit.
