A great attraction for gardeners. A tremendous variety of roses that are labelled and well cared for grounds. And a free attraction to boot!

What a treat to walk through the rose garden. While traveling, it is lovely to stretch and get a stroll through a garden. The roses were in bloom and they smelled like roses. We enjoyed the garden then walked through the park past the beach and up the hill to an old graveyard. The headstones tell such and interesting story.... More

If you enjoy roses, this is your heaven! There are over 5000 varieties of the rose and the colours and fragrances are more than words can describe. The beds are easy to walk through and enjoy.

This is probably one of the many cheap things to do in Auckland. If you have time to kill, then do go here. The best time to visit would be during sunrise or sunset. There's so many different species of roses in this garden and this place is part of a bigger park where you can jog and exercise.

Travelling with my bestie who is a florist this was a must see for us to swing by and check it out. The array of colours & varieties that are on display is incredible. Well worth stopping and having a walk through and checking it out.

There are well-marked varieties of roses, as well as massive trees, ferns, many other flowering plants and a view over the bay which is worth a walk down the hill through the garden.

Beautiful gardens on Gladstone road that is part of the Dove-Myer Robinson Park. There is a large variety of different roses that bloom here which gives the garden a vibrant colour. I was there during February so there were flowers in bloom and a nice fragrance. There are seat around the garden where you can just sit and watch the... More

The gardens are well set out and the flowers are beautiful. After a stroll around the rose beds there is a more extensive park beyond from where there are lovely views across the water and a fantastic fallen tree to clamber over.
