Very good, the gardens are not to large, with lots of seating to stop and enjoy the scenery. A little Fantail followed me for a while. The Butterfly house was full of, well Butterfly's and lots of hungry Caterpillars ready to develope into Crysallis/ Butterflys....More

A wonderful day in the NZ bush yet so close to the largest city in NZ. Such a deep green and beautiful park, relaxing and relatively quiet considering how many other people were there. Would happily spend more days there.

We had a leasurely walk around these peaceful well maintained gardens. Plenty of seating spread throughout. The butterflies were all very busy in their enclosure. A lovely way to spend an afternoon
