Parnell is a street full of charm with varied shops, has a very good chocolateria and during the weekends has a French market with varieties of pastries and breads

We enjoyed looking at the shops and particularly the Victorian architecture in the area. It is a great place to spend an afternoon.

We loved browsing all the art galleries and the Elephant Craft Store for souvenirs and crafts. Lots of restaurant choices too. Parnell st. is a lot of fun!

Parnell is one of the suburbs of Auckland and well worth a visit. It has a lovely village feel to it and abounds with shops and good eating places. The Rose Garden is a welcome haven of peace and tranquility.

Parnell is full of shops, restaurants and cafes - and has a lot of older architecture. It's expensive, though.
