On the way to Waitakere Ranges, Titirangi Village serves as a quick stop-over for some rest or food. There are some cafes and restaurants along with a supermarket so it is convenient enough.

Out exploring Auckland, no idea where we were and hanging for lunch, then we found this little gem "Titirangi". At a quick glance it seemed like any other suburban Main Street, once sitting there for a while we begun to take in the atmosphere. There is a great little cafe called "The Hardware Cafe" with great decor, playing great tunes,... More

Reasonably quiet most of the time . Nice beach for a walk and kids will love the playground . The public toilets there are always clean and tidy . Lots of beautiful bush surroundings .

Titirangi has many great things to offer, great cafes, restaurants supermarkets petrol station, Sunday markets once a month and a hop skip and a jump to the country side, close to small beaches. A worth while trip out to Titirangi for a spot of lunch.

Is not the easiest place to access, or park, but is a pleasant village at the foot of the Waitakere Ranges - would recommend it as a place to stop if you're travelling over the Waitakere's in either direction.

We live further out west than Titirangi so it's more or less the first place with Shops and restaurants that we come to. There is a feeling of community here for sure. It's a real village atmosphere and a little bit bohemian. There is everything you need here. It's a nice friendly place to live.

We stayed here for 4 nights in an airbnb. This little town is difficult to get to from central Auckland due to the heavy traffic and numerous roadworks. However once you have arrived there are several cafes and bars with a particularly good ( and reasonable) Indian restaurant called Mint. This place also provides excellent access to West Coast beaches... More

First thing to do after landing at Auckland airport is probably going to the hotel. So, the second thing we suppose was going to Titirangi, which is located at the west side of Auckland. The residents there are unbelievably nice and welcoming, and the whole area is so scenic to die for! The whole area is a rain forest (Waitakere... More

A lovely little village to stop by and have a coffee and to stop at the newly spangled art gallerly and a great place to walk in the forests of New Zealand. There is also a nice little market on the last Sunday of every month would definitely recommend!
