Excellent service from booking to completion. Victor responded to my enquiry quickly and was helpful, reliable and professional. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and the van was in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to book again and would highly recommend this company.

Booked a ride Christmas eve, as we have before, with Victor and the price quoted was $150. Happy with that, as it is a 30 minute trip.
Before calling to add more customers to the trip, checked online and the price (for the same time/date we had already booked) was quoted as $239.
Asked Victor and he stated "Need to top the price a bit more though."
He asked for $400!
That's a crazy increase for 3 extra people in the one van.

Perfect from start to finish - Victor was helpful, reliable, cost effective and overall I had a fantastic experience. The driver Chris was friendly and the car was very nice and clean - turned up on time and picked us up on time - no troubles! I booked a van for 15 people last minute and Victor made it happen! Thank you!

Had a really good experience with the airport shuttle service, Victor was extremely friendly and accommodating - my return flight got cancelled last minute and I had to catch an early flight and Victor was happy to accommodate for this change. Highly recommend this company!

We got off our cruise in Auckland and the driver from Comfort met us for a brief tour of that city and then an airport drop off. We were overcharged at drop off.
The owner promised to make a refund of the difference but kept making excuses such as, I can’t refund it back to your credit card, or my bank will not do an international transfer, or the one I liked best—I can’t mail you a paper check because I don’t have any.
So my friends, be very carful of this in scrupulous provider.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that this person has come up with such accusing comments.
I charged him what we agreed upon.
He wanted to pay it by credit card, I advised him there was 3 % bank charge. He accepted it.
My driver advised me all were good, the city short city tour (about 2 hours) has successfully completed.
A couple of dsys later I contacted the customer to get a feedback.
He said he was not happy. I said our aim is a 100 % customer satisfaction , and was happy to make a 10 % discount which was only NZD30.
He requested it to be credited to his credit card.
I dont have that facility in my fpos machine that a transaction can be reversed after several days.
He asked a check to be sent to him.
Unfortunately I do not have check book as I dont use checks.
I offered him to transfer to his bank account, he gave me his bank account. I contacted my bank. They can not make international money transfer under NZD100..
I suggested the customer that when ever he comes to New Zealand , I would definitely make discount or just refund the NZD30..
This is exactly what has happened. I have got all the emails, correspondence.
Now I leave it upto you to decide what to do.

Victor was extremely on time when he picked me up. His kindness and consideration for my well being and belongings definitely made me feel comfortable. The ride itself was very relaxing and smooth, calming music that was played as well which was great to listen to while taking a quick nap. Thank you Victor for getting me to the airport on time!

I booked airport shuttle service on the day I was going to land in Auckland. It was such a relief having someone there at the airport waiting for me. A very comfortable drive to my hotel. The car felt like brand new and clean and Victor is a professional, helpful and smooth driver, highly recommended !

Victor provided fantastic service, perfectly on time and fitting the six of us easily with plenty of room. The shuttle is extremely clean and spacious, and Victor’s knowledge of the area is evident, as is his friendly demeanour and excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is seeking an affordable, efficient and comfortable ride to their destination.

Victor provides a great, friendly, efficient service. He was early to collect me, due to the unpredictability of the Auckland traffic it's always best to set off in good time. The vehicle is clean, tidy and spacious and can easily accommodate 4 people plus lots of luggage. His driving is smooth and safe so I felt comfortable at all times. Pricing was very reasonable and I would certainly recommend Victor's services to anyone heading to the airport.
