A educational tour, with song, flax crafting and kumara. Making of the traditional poi. good time especially for tourist to know the Maori protocol and culture. Instructors are well versed.

Had the most amazing time with the entire family. Staff are brilliant. Very knowledgeable with regards to both the volcanic history as well as with the Maori history of the Volcano. The hands-on workshops are unlike no other. Well worth visiting. Recommend to all.

mangere mountain and airport are close by. airport also I'm mangere. try taxi or uber. there is a cheap taxi book via internet
