The buses are on time and efficient, drivers courteous. Totally recommend to take public transport if you are in Perth. If in doubt, check the schedule and routes that are all available online. Transperth service from Perth CBD to Freemantle was excellent - on time...More

The rudest, foulest, smelliest people are on the train especially the Fremantle line. They do not give you space. And public transport authority is not lenient when you ask for an appeal regarding fines. Driving is the way to go. Don't train or bus it....More

$2.20 is the cash fare but you can buy other options. Prices depend on the number of zones you travel through. Public transport is free in the CBD
