Must visit place when you are in Perth. We visited during the night and the view is awesome. Remember to walk on the bridge that promise a great view form each angle.

I am sorry I don't know as I am UK tourist passing through, suggest you contact the Perth tourist information but we were not impacted by any works during our visit.
