Years ago it was quite special to go to the theatre, you dressed up and it was classy . Now it is like going to the pub to watch a show. There are no dress standards and people are drunk , rude and no respect...More

I was in Perth on business and decided to catch a show while I was in town and I’m glad I chose Hus Majesty’s. The theatre is Edwardian Baroque constructed just after the turn of the century (1904) and has a palpable Royal ambience and...More

Went to see Peter Pan and had a great time. The small size of the theatre provided a friendly and cozy space. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Very nice "Small Town" theatre. Although not glitzy this venue was a lovely setting to view Peter Pan. Seating was very comfortable, acoustics very nice and the ushers were helpful and friendly. All seats appear to have a very good viewing regardless of proximity to...More

We were attending an opera performance which was generally OK and the sight lines good and seats comfortable. The foyers look dated in the their fading decor and the bars even more so but they give a sense of turn of the century (19th to...More

Attended for performance of 1984 on a cold wet windy night. The ticket pick up was very efficient and the foyer bar area gave quick service. The Theatre is in lovely condition. Many handy exits at the end of the play so no queues.

Went to watch 1984, great show but the seats were very uncomfortable and theatre is probably in need of a makeover or at least replacing the seating.

This was close to the hotel I stayed at so it felt quite safe to walk to this venue alone. Easy to pick up tickets that had been previously purchased on line.

Up the top towards the front in the middle is a great place to sit and a great vantage spot of the stage.
