I was on tour with 15 cricket players and were fortunate enough to be able to enter the WACA ground. What an amazing arena for cricket! The atmosphere is incredible and the wonderful history around the ground is a pleasure to absorb. A must for...More

If you a cricket lover and in Perth, then a visit to the WACA is a must. I was pleased to learn that test cricket is still played there apart from against the big three: England, India and South Africa. The tour of the ground...More

Pity the proposed redevelopment did not occur. Nice, historic oval, but grandstands and facilities are in need of renovation or rebuilding. Unlikely to happen given the new Perth Stadium.

Thanks for coming to see our historic venue and for your response. We are still working with relevant parties for the redevelopment which hopefully will come to fruition in the coming years!

The WACA is located in East Perth and is around a mile and half from Perth railway station. There's a free CAT bus from the station that will drop you outside the ground. Unfortunately, my visit did not coincide with one of the stadium tours,...More

If you love cricket then this place is a place of some sort of pilgrimage. Best to try to see a game being played, but these days state and local games attract small crowds. If only to walk where the greats have been and to...More

If you love cricket, and your in Perth, then a visit to the W.A.C.A. is a must visit. An easy paced, well informative tour ($20Aus) is well worth the money, I even set foot out on the turf. Although most of the cricket will move...More

We visited The WACA for a Perth Scorchers game during the Big Bash and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The game was a sell-out and the atmosphere was electric! Plenty of bar, food and toilet facilities and a minimal wait to make use of the facilities....More
