Get blown over anytime of year with a stroll up St. George's Terrace. Not much to do, not much to see - just some tiny bits of historical buildings. If you blink you will miss them. So sad as it was once a beautiful city...More

Easily the best CBD area. You will never go without a coffee here! Lots of interesting side diversions so time needed to explore properly.

We stayed in a hotel in St George’s Terrace and were pleasantly surprised at the closeness of a lot of attractions. Also there is a free bus service all along the terrace.

St Georges Terrace is like the main strip. Nth Side you have mostly the shopping, Sth side the river area. And St. Georges lots of history and business. I fine it to be the most convenient area to stay. Its always clean and well presented.

Well marked street signage that takes you past restaurants and business, many bus stops along the way with detailed info on where to go and get on/off stops. I walked many times into the city and the landmarks made it easy to remember where you...More

The streets are clean the side streets have some good cafes and bars. Well worth a walk or hop on and off the bus if you want to move around faster.
