The place to go for food, cafes and shopping. Clean streets, modern buildings and very nice to walk up and down the mall.

Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The Perth Underground station comes up here. Lots of little alleyway and lanes which connect to the parallel streets. Quite a nice way to see Perth CBD. There is free City Wifi here.

a lof of shops & restaurant. for muslims, there's few halal eateries (insan's cafe and kebab on the opposite road from the cafe). chemist warehouse sells affordable (actually quite cheap) perfume, cosmetics, vitamins, etc. there's woolworths (love to do my groceries shopping there) , target,...More

This is just another shopping belt but I find Hay street mall to be better. They do have some homeless folks around.
